I purchased the Geenworks Hedge trimmer to pair up with the Greenworks outdoor vacuum blower (same battery). The reason being I purchased a cheap hedge cutter a few years ago and regretted it. I cut the power cord twice. The performance betwwen the two units is not comparable. Actually looking forward to the hedge growing now.

An excellent design and very easy and safe to use. I am very pleased with this hedge trimmer, and all of the Greenworks tools I have.

Out of the box the hedge trimmer feels quite solid for the price, blade looked good and sharp. Its first work out was shaping two Camellia trees, there were some fairly thick branches of approx 8-10mm which slowed the trimmer down but still it got through them, it performed better on the lighter brushy stuff with quick sweeping actions. Overall I'm really happy with it and the fact I didn't need to suck back 2 stroke fumes makes it well worth it!

I use trimmer on smaller trees and shrubs. Perfect for what I want it to do.
I have Greenworks products from Mowers to hedge trimmers etc. Excuse my French, I love this f@#$%^ product. Highly recommend this brand.
Light and easy to use. This cordless model is hugely better than my previous corded trimmer. I do like the ability to change the angle which enables cutting in more difficult areas without having to move my working platform.
This is a great hedge trimmer. I have a 15m driveway with star jasmine, wild jasmine, totara tree, other trees and shrubs and decorative flax plants. It makes short work of it all. The battery seems to last forever and I only have the 2.0AHr model. I haven't need to recharge it during a full garden tidy up. Great service too if you need help maximising its potential.

surprised how good this works & much lighter than expected - battery 6ah can run this for hours- only disappointment the blade storage shield -its a joke, flimsy at best broke on day 1
