How do I use Q Card finance online?

Select Q Card as your payment method at checkout, choose your preferred finance option (6 months payment holiday or 12 months interest free), and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

How do I apply for a Q Mastercard?

Existing Q Cardholders: Simply use your Q Mastercard® or Q Card at checkout, or call us on 0800 800 880 to place an order over the phone.

New Customers: You can apply for a Q Mastercard® at qmastercard.co.nz. Approval is subject to standard lending criteria.

6 Months No Payments & No Interest ("Payment Holiday") is available on Long Term Finance (LTF) for purchases of $300 and over. New customers need to apply and be approved for a Q Mastercard credit card. Min Spend $300. Lending criteria, $50 annual Account Fee, fees, and Ts&Cs apply. Standard Interest Rate of 28.95% p.a. applies to any outstanding balance at the end of the interest free period. Other interest rates and fees may apply. Rates and fees correct as at date of publication, subject to change.

12 Months Interest Free is available on Long Term Finance (LTF) for purchases of $500 and over. New customers need to apply and be approved for a Q Mastercard credit card. Minimum spend $500. Lending criteria, $50 annual Account Fee, fees, and Ts&Cs apply. $55 Establishment Fee applies to your first Long Term Finance transaction; $35 Advance Fee applies to subsequent LTF transactions. Minimum payments of 3% of the monthly closing balance or $10 (whichever is greater) are required throughout the interest free period. Paying only the minimum monthly payments will not fully repay the loan before the end of the interest free period. Standard Interest Rate of 28.95% p.a. applies to any outstanding balance at the end of the LTF interest free period. Other interest rates and fees may apply. Rates and fees are subject to change.
