How many discharge cycles is it rated for?
Up to approx 2000.

How much time does the battery last for before it runs out while in use?
This is not an easily answered question, this is rated at 4Ah (amp hours), which means it has enough charge to run for an hour when a steady current of 4A is being drawn. However in practice no tool really runs like this - it depends on power needed to run the tool and loading required by the job. So even on the same tool (say a chainsaw) the run time will change depending on the hardness of the wood etc.

Excellent battery

I already have a 4.0ah and 2.0ah but the additional 4.0ah lets me keep on working much longer and in fact can be recharging one battery while one is being used and the other cooling down so I can almost work all day.

Excellent charge

Was a little worried how long each individual charge would last. But did sides and top of my 20 metre driveway, trimmed three hibiscus and took to Auckland to do similar amount at daughters property; one charge!

Mower battery

Since buying this battery I’ve used it once on my mower and lent it to my neighbour for them to finish off mowing their lawns. I’ll be using it again because the grass keeps on growing.

Great battery

I can get a full mow and trim on my property utilising one battery, but having a second one removes any need for urgency and potentially an untidy job. The batteries are great and being interchangeable between products is a HUGE bonus... and means that I will also be growing my artillery of garden care tools from GreenWorks :)

Buy extra

Recharges in about 2 hours, lasts about 20 minutes in the lawnmower and closer to an hour in the line trimmer.
