Product overview

The GreenWorks DigiPro 16" cordless chainsaw is the first petrol-comparable chainsaw and offers powerful performance and easy handling to make heavy duty jobs simple - all without the hassle of petrol.

Cleaning up your garden has never been easier. The strength and revolutionary design of this chainsaw will ensure durability and a smooth, precise cutting experience. There are no pull-starts, fuel mixing, or harmful emissions to worry about, just juice up the battery and get on with the job.

The ergonomic design means a well-balanced tool for superior cutting, making the DigiPro chainsaw is a great choice for pruning, while the over-mold grip handle and wrap-around handle ensure comfort, with safety taken care of by the large hand guard and chain brake.

An LED battery level indicator light makes it easier for operator to determine battery life, and the translucent oil tank offers clear view of oil reserve to ensure the 16” bar and Oregon chain are kept lubricated for sharp cutting. Tool-less chain tensioning makes for quick and easy adjustments.

Powered by the interchangeable G-MAX 40V Lithium-ion battery system which delivers longer run time, higher performance and greater output on all G-MAX tools.

GreenWorks Brushless DigiPro Series is an innovative solution for your garden tasks that rivals petrol-powered tools. Combined with the 40V G-MAX system, the Brushless DigiPro Series features a powerful brushless motor that improves the battery efficiency, delivers more power for greater performance, produces less noise and vibration, and extends the life of the motor for exceptional durability.

Traditional brushed motors tend to wear down over time, reducing efficiency and power. With a brushless motor, you can expect the same performance as the day you purchased it. The gear reduction design of the brushless motor also delivers greater torque.

Revolutionise your power garden tool arsenal with the amazing G-MAX DigiPro Brushless 16” Chainsaw and 40V battery system today.

G-MAX 40V chainsaw

Great wee machine. All you need to do is put the battery in, turn it on, and away you go. Great to have a second battery now, for all my other Green works garden tools.

Cheeky Chainsaw

This cheeky chainsaw is perfect for cutting branches that are too thick for loppers. So far I have cut through ponga and thick hedge stems with ease. I would recommend it for general garden maintenance tasks.

A great chainsaw

I purchased this for my husband as he was using more energy trying to get his petrol chainsaw started than actually using it,(his petrol chainsaw is not a cheap brand). He has found the Greenworks chainsaw ready for action with a push of a button (so to speak) and it can do everything his petrol powered one can and more (it starts first time every time). I would really recommend this chainsaw another great Greenworks product and excellent customer service from Trade Tested.

Love this machine.

I bought the machine and 3 batteries because I knew I’d be away from power knocking over tea tree for a while each time I was out. It took 2 batteries to knock over 4 cube of tea tree into 4 foot logs. Some of these were 8 inches in diameter and we’re mostly wet. It took a total of 3 batteries(charges) to cut the whole lot into fire sized bits. I spent 1k on this kit - machine and 3 batteries, and I couldn’t be happier. I mostly only use a saw for firewood and as we know not using a petrol regularly one often means it’s a pain to start - and then things often go downhill from there. It was a pleasure to use. Would definitely recommend. Btw. Not a handyman. Ex builder 30 years so used to using proper kit when it comes to tools. This is definitely up there.
