I'm impressed by what this tool can do. Its best used without the extra extension as the weight is more manageable if you need to swing the tool around at all. But for limps directly above you the long extension works fine. Battery life seems to be excellent, plenty of power and didn't bog down at all. Just remember to keep the chain bar oil topped up during use, and clean out the area behind the cover depending on what you are cutting.
This is a very good saw able to easily cut quite large branches. Gives a good useage time after charging, very happy with it.

I've only used this saw a few times but It works exceptionally well It cuts fast and clean, doesn't seem to drain the battery too quickly. For the price and the number of times I will use this saw it is unbeatable value

I love this pole saw. Easy to use, safe and hard working. Cuts decent branches with ease.
Great tool to cut those thicker branches quicker and easier. A bit heavier than I thought it would be but manageable, also would have been good to have a small amount chain oil included but a minor inconvenience. Our Greenworks products are stacking up and not letting us down
