Product overview

When your kids twist the throttle on this awesome electric mini quad bike, they’ll be in for the time of their lives.

The powerful 800W electric motor is clean, green and silent, so they can hoon around without disturbing the neighbours or local wildlife, while the big 36V 14Ah battery means the fun doesn’t end after just a few minutes.

An adjustable speed limiter lets you choose from 3 settings, so you can adjust speed for age and confidence, while the powerful front and rear disc brakes help keep things under control. With a maximum speed of 20km/h plus on the highest setting, these little quads really rip.

The electric blue bodywork not only looks the part, but features reinforced plastic foot pads for protection. Front and rear coil-over suspension handles both the bumps and pilots up to 80kg, while the chunky tyres provide plenty of grip for adventures in the park and around the backyard.

Just imagine the look on your kids face when you wheel this shiny beast out.

q: How long would would it last ruffly on a run and can you get another battery to carry as a spear for longer running?
a: As per the specs, run time is 45 mins - 120 mins. It depends how hard it's being ridden basically. No we don't sell extra batteries separately,

q: Is this big enough for my 12 year old?
a: You might be pushing it, the seat height gives you a good idea of how much room they will have.

q: How does the motor drive the wheels? IE does it just drive one wheel or several?
a: It has a chain that drives the rear wheels.

a: Yeah definitely.

q: Would it tow a 4 seater plane in and out of the hanger? I have done it myself with a pull bar but i'm getting older how do you think it would go? Its flat ground and concrete floor hanger.
a: That might be a little ambitious! The motor probably has the torque, however fitting a grown person on the seat will be the issue (you can see the dimensions in the specifications).

q: Will this fit a 10yr old that is about 1m 60?
a: They may potentially be to tall, a good way to test is to set up something at sit on at the same height as the bike seat (435mm) - this will give you a good idea of the scale.

q: Will you be getting bigger size ones that would suit older kids??
a: Not at this stage.

a: Yes they have a variable speed governor, there is no soft start function as with someone on, it is starting already under load.

We have enjoyed this product over the Holidays, goes very well, The battery lasts for ages, just needed to check all the nuts and bolts around the bike as some were loose after a bit of use. Very happy with the purchase.

Excellent controllable fun! The best part,,, nearly totally silent. the variable speed control gives you (the parent) control over the ride speed.

Much better than described

Not to down-play the description here, this bike is simply great. My 3 year old worked his way through the speed settings through the lock down, with the battery lasting up to 4-5 hours on the bigger days (he's a pretty small/light 3 year old). Definitely consider a full-face helmet and wear running shoes when supervising as your kid will be ripping O's and getting away on you in no time. Loads of power, great battery life and great support from Trade Tested if you ever need any parts replaced.

Great Electric Quad Bike

The runtime says 45 to 120min – but took my 6 year old to the Maddix dirt bike track near home. They have a kids track, not sure how long the track is, but I am guessing it's between 600 - 800m to complete the full track. It has uphill and downhill sections, he rode it on the fastest speed and rode hard for 2 hours and it still had power when we got home. He loves it and is on it consistently it was worth the money!

Overall pretty happy with the product. It was near enough complete straight from the box. All I had to do was bolt the front suspension together and add the handlebars. The rest of it was put together in factory, however I did find you have to give it the once over to tighten all the nuts and bolts as found many to only be finger tight. Only used a couple of times and one of the front brake caliper castings has broken (where the cable fixes to it) meaning the brake is now useless as the cable has no fixed point. Currently waiting for Trade Tested Customer Services to get back to me so I can replace the brake caliper. Other than that it appears to be a quality product and our young boy loves it. Only used it on the lowest and middle setting so far.

Battery doesnt last too long, and the bike is small, only really for a 6-7 year old. Which is funny given the instructions say minimum 12

Awesome first quad for the younger ones to start on with the speed options. Nice low centre of gravity alleviating any chance of rolling. Great as a confidence builder. My 4 year old girl loves it.

Bought two to keep all the grandkids happy. So far very impressed with the quality and how well they perform. Only gripe would be that they are a bit smaller than they appear and would probably max out at a seven year old
