Not what I expected

This is reasonably easy to assemble, apart from the "rubber hinge" and the screws in the corners which are a very tight to screw in. The "rubber hinge" was very difficult to insert into the lid. I also think the rubber hinge wont last. Real hinges would have been better. The whole frame is not that sturdy, and quite light. I Expected better.

Snug place to nurture seedlings and off season product

In 4 weeks lettuces almost ready to eat. Seedlings up. It does exactly what I want it to do. Protect seeds and plants.

Mini Green House

I recently purchased the 1mtr x .6m Mini Greenhouse, while I feel it is reasonable value for money i feel with a little effort it could have been a lot better. The instructions were not clear and quite confusing, i feel the method of hinging the lids was poor and they are really flexible. Part of the latch system was missing.

Reply from Trade Tested This unit had a fault and we have sent a replacement product.
Perfect for setting things started

We purchased two of these as they were just the right size to fit the place we had in mind. Ideal for seedlings which took off faster than we imagined. As others have suggested in their reviews spray the rubber strip hinge with a lubricant before trying to slide on the lids. We also placed some pavers in each of the inside four corners in case of strong winds. We have now elevated one of them to be on top of of 12” x 2” frame to give it more height as the tomato plants grew so quickly. It was easy to screw this down in the inside 4 corners to secure it.

They're ok

They're fine for what I need, they do the job but I do find them quite flimsy and weak.
