The WD 4 Premium multi-purpose vacuum cleaner features a robust & corrosion-resistant 20-litre stainless steel container and is equipped with a flat fold filter in a filter cartridge, which can be quickly removed by simply folding it out, without any contact with dirt.
The filter is ideal for wet and dry suction with no need to change the filter. With a power consumption of only 1000 watts, the WD 4 Premium performs as well as a 1600-watt vacuum cleaner.
Other features of the device are the 'Pull & Push' locking system, the ergonomic handle and the practical cable and accessory storage on the device. The handle is removable, so that accessories can be directly attached to the hose. In combination with the newly designed suction hose, the clip-on floor nozzle with 2 rubber & 2 brush strips guarantees optimal suction of all types of dirt. The parking position allows intermediate parking of the spray pipe & floor nozzle during work breaks.

We're using it as a vacuum for the home as didn't want to spend all our money on a posh cyclone style but also didn't want to get something that just blocked up in 5 mins. This would seem to be a good choice. It is the smallest in the WD range that has the easy to access filter, which is very handy and it sucks up like a champ. The massive bag, or option to go bagless (means you clean the filter more hence the easy access is good) just keeps on going needing only rare empties so far. Very handy that it can vacuum up wet spills (kids?!) when the bag is removed. Negatives are the parts don't have a very tidy storage system...there are clips but it's not very easy or reliable, and it is very loud. Don't expect any fancy rotating brushes in the head, this relies on massive suction. It comes with a fixed bristles brush head and a separate rubber one, bit of a faff to carry around and change so not really worth it unless you're going to do the garage or other large area. For us it was an ideal 'do it all'. If you're only doing carpets in your home then probably not for you...or if you're only doing workshop style stuff then equally there are probably better vacuums. For a do it all, farmhouse, workshop, DIY, kids mess it's ideal. Apparently good for unblocking sinks too but haven't tried that trick yet.

Works well, it is my workshop machine, and has a homemade Thein chamber on the input, brilliant combination, sucks like a jet engine no dust in the catcher as the chamber takes all of that.
