Karcher WD6 Premium Wet and Dry Vacuum

I currently have 3 vacuums in my house, I have 2 indoor dogs but need to keep up with the labs shedding. Purchasing a pet vacuum I thought would be good but it was heavy and hard to maneuver, blew dust in front of the vacuum rather than picking it up and clogged. Great on carpets but only have 2 mats so not the vacuum for me. The inbuilt vacuum in my house has a long hose and hard to unblock when dog hair clogs. This morning I used this vacuum I was so impressed, easy to set up, picked up everything and light to pull around. I did lift onto my mat but I'm sitting now and can't see any pet hair "flying around" that was missed! I brought the attachments and the car kit was fantastic on the couch. My place is mostly wooden floors and this vacuum has left my house feeling clean, and have to say it did a good job on the couple of mats I have also. You probably don't need the carpet attachment as the standard head did a good enough job on its own but hey I brought so tried them all out. Having the attachments with you attached to the machine saves so much time. I was impressed that the pipes were metal rather than the plastic alot are coming out with these days. OVERALL This vacuum is well worth the investment im very happy I made this purchase. I did think the hose when dropped might crack easy but time will tell and if looked after it shouldn't be an issue and I didn't purchase for the wet vacuum but will probably try that out at some stage.

It's big, it's tough, good maneuver ability, powerful and very cute. Looks like R2D2

It's big, easy to maneuver around furniture, great suction with low to high dial, don't think I'll ever need to buy another as this thing is built tough

Has handled everything that I have thrown at it so far. very handy when using power tools like sanders and drop saw with socket on the front for dust control

Not as powerful as the main latch would easily slip out of place creating a gap between the top and the bin. Also the sealant at the bottom of the bin was inconsistently placed and still sticky.

Karcher may need to address the noise level. We have to wear earmuffs. However, it did clean our building site well.

The performance of this vacuum is huge from the 2000 watts.

Awesome vacuum does a fantastic job, nice long cord together with car kit which extends hose even further is amazing, my only concern is the head does not work on carpet so well so another head for the house is needed. Highly recommended.

Overall it does what it says it will, and does it well. It is a little too heavy is the only drawback.
