Do these have a "life". I have used one of these for a couple of years, and it has suddenly stopped taking a charge. It has had a lot of use. I have tried it in my other charger and that does not seem to charge it either. The green light shows it is fully charged, but comes on as soon as I turn on the power. When I put the battery in the saw it does not work. It could be worn out. Any suggestions?
