Hyundai Concrete Mixer Electric 180L

Bought this mixer for a job doing piles for a small 6m x 6m building. We kept the mixes small and fairly wet but the machine was smelling of burning electrics and the drive system box with the motor-housing was too hot to touch. We did what we could to not load the machine and turned it off wherever possible. The housing only has tiny ventilation holes, looking at taking the cover off and using tubing to get some cooling airflow around the motor. Realistically tho I consider this poor design, designed for minimal use, designed not to last. The smell of the burning insulation on the motor coils suggest this is going to cook and short out becoming useless even in our modest ~22C temperatures. Frame is bolted together and not particularly stable, handled the job, and the tilting/tipping action to the barrow worked well, but otherwise pretty junky, and not worthy of a name like hyundai...

Good Mixer for the price. Instructions were not great, simple enough to figure out. An additional brace would be required as the rocking back and forth motion when mixing causes the frame to bend a little. A bigger foot plate may also help.

My husband had me put this together for him and it was very easy to do. And now my husband is busy with projects around the house so much so that we don't have any free weekends available to us until June! He loves his concrete mixer!

Easy kitset to put together, used the next day, does everything we need, Great barrel size to, can get a good load of concrete made and no spills out the front. Highly recommend!

Very happy with this concrete mixer. We used it for 8 hours on a hot day and made enough concrete to spread 6mx3m at 100mm deep. Cleaned it up and will be using again in a couple of weeks after xmas/new year break . Very affordable and well worth the price.

This product does require some assembly but the instructions make putting this together easy and quick, works well, great product.
