Give your chooks a little taste of luxury with this American-designed, ecoFLEX™ chicken coop. This stylish coop will comfortably house up to 4 chickens and is the perfect size for the typical Kiwi household.
Unlike traditional wooden coops, this one is made from ecoFLEX™, a composite recycled material that looks and feels like timber, but is better for the environment and much more weather resistant. Not only does this mean it’s much easier to look after, it’s guaranteed to last a lot longer.
The coop has a wide roosting bar, along with a nesting box featuring a secure lift-up roof for collecting those precious eggs. The door closes securely with a turn lock, or can flip down to become a ramp, letting your ladies come and go as they please.
Inside the coop, it’s well ventilated and the raised floors will keep your chooks warm and dry over the cooler months. When it comes to cleaning, the roof can easily slide off making it simple to change the straw or give it a quick rinse.

It took me all afternoon and a few initial puzzling moments, but once I had all the pieces laid out in numerical order, I was able to work out how to put this together. It's quite sturdy and the hens took to it quickly.
The material used in the construction of this product looks very good. This EcoFlex coop should last a lot longer than the wooden coop I purchased 2 years ago from Trade Tested. The only problems I have encountered with the particular EcoFlex coop is that rain gets into the nesting box area from the top of the hatch, as well as the door area. I have had to put a tarpaulin to cover the nesting box area and as a shelter awning for the door so the chooks can come in and out when they please (we have had a heck of a lot of wet days since I purchased this coop).
Don't waste your money or time, I expected this to at least have whole side and roof panels but it's not, it's literally a jigsaw puzzle and one of the pieces split sliding it carefully in place, and it also leaks in other places. My chickens don't even go in it.
Used for three chickens. Was too small, hard to clean, algae growing in all the cracks, chickens didn't like it after their other coop. Perches came with tiny screws fell apart and not that usable for normal chickens. Lid fell apart. Lasted only a few months.
Rating again as bought another as our flock has grown. We made a duplex by connecting two with the cage in between. Works awesome for 5 chickens. Ease as to clean and the chooks quickly get into their bedtime and laying routines. Very well designed chook house!
Great. Was perfect for two crooks but still okay with 4. Controlling mites is easy and weather proof and warm.
Great product, made of plastic so deters mites which is why I purchased it. Easy to put together. Only negatives are main lid doesnt open and perches are far to narrow for chickens feet. I would buy again though

My coop looks very pretty in the garden. I am not good at assembling flat packs and would have loved some help but pretty much got there in the end.
Very happy with the coop, good size, very easy to clean, Chicken is also happy with it.
