Recycled polymers and reclaimed waste wood fibres are mixed with UV inhibitors and colour blending compounds to create a strong, light frame for this pen. Unlike wood, ecoFLEX™ doesn’t expand and contract with temperature changes or humidity, so it won’t warp, twist, crack or split. It’s also resistant to rot and insects, and fully weather-proof; it can shake off anything nature throws at it. This means it’ll last far longer than an ordinary wooden-framed pen, needing no maintenance besides a regular hose-off.

Designed to attach to the small ecoFLEX™ chicken coop, the pen also has a panel for the door, so that you can use it as a stand-alone pen. The stainless steel mesh is built to last, and will protect your chooks against mice, rats and other nasty critters for years.
