We have an outdoor area which is covered by suntuff. What clearance would you need from the top of the heater in this area
A:
This can't be used in an enclosed area, but in an open patio the clearances are: Side 500 mm Rear 500 mm Ceiling 1000 mm From all combustible materials

Is it fully assembled?
A:
No you will have to screw the burner (which comes assembled) to the body/stand and attach a few other bits and pieces, but it's pretty straightforward.

Is this waterproof? Or do we have to cover it if it rains?
A:
This would need some protection from the weather, most generic heater covers should do the trick.

Q:
Hi is the whole unit Stainless Steel? I'm wanting something that wont rust.
A:
The primary components are, but we'd note that although better than most other options, stainless steel will still corrode in particularly agressive environments, for example next to the sea and also due the constant heat cycling of a heater they can be more susceptible.

Quality of brushed steel is not the best. The rivets have been punctured into the steel with the protective wrap on meaning there are is plastic remnants around each rivet which looks terrible.
