Hyundai Lawnmower Zero Turn 510mm Self-Propelled E-Start

The Hyundai Zero Turn 510 mm self propelled, e-start surpasses expectations. Have 1 acre of lawn to cover and we can do it on just over a litre of fuel. Manoeuvrable and starts every time. Very happy with my purchase. Full marks on every count.

I have a steep rise on my lawn. Extremely difficult to mow without the self driving feature. The rotating front wheels make it easy to mow around plants and objects. I am completely happy with my mower - the best I have owned.

Well made product with limited use, if you have a large lawn that you cut every week this mower may be for you but if you cut every two weeks the mower will not cut lowest as it just skids the wheels or if your grass is damp it wont move . The sero turn front wheels stops you mowing up close to anything so be better with standard front wheels, good engine and well built but limited use.

As others have mentioned here, After two years use on small lawn and meticulous cleaning I have found its Achilles heel, the wash system/ hose attachment is its worst enemy, DONT USE IT, I have just had to replace all four wheel bearings, two drive shaft bearings and a gearbox, and both belt guide bearings, seized solid. The problem is that the hose connection goes directly into the pulley/ belt cover and doesnt clear all the grass that accumulates in there, plus all that water in there rusts out the belt guide bearings plus forces water into the gearbox, when i removed same it was full of water. So my recommendation, dont use the hose attached wash, now I just turn it on its right side, clean underneath, then remove lower cover clean out grass, air dry and reassemble. Hopefully it lasts this time. If hyundai reingineered the cleaning and used sealed bearings, it would get 5 stars

Excellent machine. Grass was higher than the mower. Had to use a bungy to hold flap up, but cut through very well. Looking forward to conventional cut with catcher. Looking at the 5 combo next for rest of the yard. Very happy with it and follow up service.

After being injured on and on site accident at work and breaking the lower part of my pelvis and then that becoming severely arthritic at the age of 46 female I lost the ability to walk properly, after being an extremely fit person, and recently moving to a lifestyle block the lawns needed to be mowed, I I tried doing the lawns using a normal hand mower and found I was left an excruciating pain afterwards,As I love mowing the lawns I thought they must be an easier way that's when I came across this little gem not so little as it has amazing grunt and when it turns on you know things are going to get done properly is it sounds like you're turning on a beast, the electric start is amazing as I cannot pull a pull start mower, I found the self-propelled part of the mower extremely extremely helpful as it does or the pushing for me, yes I'm normally very unstable on my feet due to my accident and arthritis. I found that this machine gave me an amazing opportunity to use this like rehab I can walk it's the speed that I like and then graduate up to walking faster using the gauges on the side, I found I I can walk properly and quickly if I like to which I find that I'm like back to my old self again I get the lawn married super fast and even faster with the zero turn part as I am not trying to maneuver lift the front part of the mower to get it around. If you're going to spend money on a new lawn mower as someone who has a broken pelvic area and now arthritis, and find it extremely hard to move I feel like this mower brings the little bit more hoped my life and gets me moving again I now look forward to mowing the lawns it takes me hours but afterwards I feel amazing like turning back time before my accident best decision making that I had spent my money on, I received my mower extremely fast easy to put together and if my mower was to brake many many years down the future I would again and again by this lawn mower it has been a God sent to my rehab and getting moving and exercise especially a few live on a large lawn what myself I can get it done in a fraction of the time without feeling exhausted if there was 10 stars available on this review I would press those stars thank you very much trade tested for bringing this mower into my life

Purchased this mower a month ago. We have uneven ground and lots of shrubs and trees on our very large lawn areas. Mower is performing very well and I'm really enjoying the zero turn capability. The grass was wet and long on the first mow which caused the catcher area to clog. I cranked the height up one notch and had no further issues at all. I'm now using the mulching plug to maintain the lawns and it's working fine. Very happy with this mower and hoping that it will stand the test of time.
