Q:
Someone asked about the rope slapping against the pole in the wind. Simply pull the flag up to the top (Tight) then wrap the rope around the pole twice as you pull it tight and tie if off. No more slapping no mater how hard the wind blows. Hope this helps! Cheers.
A:
Very sensible advice!

Rubbish Product save your money

This was the third of these I have bought. The first two though lighter material were easier to assemble. The latest One is a nightmare. Parts do not slot together. They will snap in high winds. I am so disappointed with this flagpole I will look to buy a wooden One. Cannot recommennd at all

Flagpole

The flagpole is not very well made, with quite thin materials. It is probably not bad value but I doubt it will stand the test of time.

Flagpole

This is great! Had to take out one length as it was swaying to much but looks great and the piece will be a backup one now. Thanks Tradetested will be back!!

Great little pole

Patriotic days

Very happy with the pole and flag. Easy to construct and can handle windy days. All my neighbours are impressed too.

Flag pole

The concept is great, seems as though the aluminium gauge is lighter than the last one, I had, which in a strong wind it flexes more.

Col Auckland
could be better

a good pole, but the two lower sections need to be thicker in wall size.

one

unfortunately it only lasted 2 days. It was a windy day and the pole was bending so i took the flag down. Overnight it collapsed at the first joint.I was enamored with it though. I measured the thickness at 1.0 mm. I got on trademe and found a suitable 6.0mm length but 3.0mm thick Problem solved
