Q:
Someone asked about the rope slapping against the pole in the wind. Simply pull the flag up to the top (Tight) then wrap the rope around the pole twice as you pull it tight and tie if off. No more slapping no mater how hard the wind blows. Hope this helps! Cheers.
A:
Very sensible advice!

Hi, Do we need council consent to put up this flagpole of 7.6 metre height?
A:
Potentially depending on where it is placed in relation to boundry lines etc, we would suggest checking with your local council.

Q:
What strength wind will the pole take? We get 60 - 90 km/h regularly.
A:
It does not have an official wind rating, however it is low-profile (being a pole) and sturdy so it should be ok.

Very pleased with purchase. Quick delivery and well packaged. Looks great. All our neighbours have admired it. Happy to buy from trade tested again.

Nice product

Good quality product, ideal for urban area. Sections are good, found that all sections together( full length) was a bit too long as pole moves significantly in wind. So took one section out and much more solid. Will recommend

Flag Pole

This product was exactly what I wanted and easy to install. There were two issues: only two of the four grommets stated were supplied and the flag grommet holding points had pulled through tearing through the flag after three weeks.

Great Product

Excellent flagpole, flexible height, appears to be quality components. I had a similar one prior to purchasing this one and it lasted more than 10 years and I have a flag on it every day regardless of the weather great value for money.

Flagpole Sectional 7.6m

Overall a good product. We swapped the top and bottom pieces so the cleat was easier to access as it was quite high up. We also left out one piece of the pole as the height was enough without the extra piece. Concreted the sleeve into a bucket rather than the ground for easier removal if required.

flags flying

we have erected this flagpole and reguarly use flags. it is sectional and does move a bit but still seems to hold up. we orgiinally tried the easy ground screw but it was useless.we the bought a postloe borer and concrete. Its been fine since.

Awesome Amateur Radio Antenna

I'm using it for the far end of an 80 metre End Fed Half Wave antenna and it is the best value I could find for getting up in the air. Add three para-cord guy ropes and you are done.
