Hyundai Lawnmower 510mm 196cc Self-Propelled

This mower is great and the self propelled helps because of the weight of the mower, I am quite worried about if it fails, but for now everything runs really well.

The accelerator /throttle is difficult to get accustomed to at my age, 82. Adjustment could be made a lot easier and it would be advantageous to have a throttle which allows idle instead of cutting out.

This mower is great value for money, very powerful, easy to use and well made. It gets the job done. A few minor niggles - the lowest cut height is only just enough for a fine lawn - would be great if it went ~5mm lower; the modern safety features - probably intended to protect the user - slightly restrict flow of damp grass out of the cutting area, both when used in side ‘mulch’ mode, and rear basket collection mode - meaning your lawn needs to be absolutely dry for this mower to work perfectly. Very pleased with it overall.

Background, this is not my first hyundai self drive mower, which in itself says everything, and I have approx 2500 to 3000m2 of moderately steep to quite steep hillside to mow. ( the flat-ish part is about 30 degrees.... single speed, quick height adjustment, a good investment This comes virtually ready to use immediately, supplied in 1 moderate sized box, requiring little time or effort to assemble as virtually everything is ready to go. pour the oil in, which is the entire supplied bottle, pour in some petrol and you are away. 196 cc is more than powerful enough for anything the mower is likely to ever encounter. The side discharge shoot is ideal for seriously heavy going and unless grossly overloaded or against something so the shoot is unable to clear, is able to handle virtually anything its likely to see. if you find its clogging/over loaded, mow at a higher4 height which it will charge over quickly, then come back at the desired height and mow again , at which time it will handle things significantly better. all in all a good machine, definitely value for money at the price In terms of fuel efficiency , pretty good, despite mowing and driving the mower, this is more economical than the yamaha on my approx 4 year old Ryobi.

We very impressed with our new Hyundai self propelling lawnmower. We have a large 'hilly' property and were finding it difficult to push the lawnmower uphill. We have no problem now. The catcher has ample capacity so we do not have to empty it as often and the other features has given us the ability to maintain our lawns so that they are like 'Green Velvet' all the time.

NICE MACHINE, BUT VERY HEAVY SUIT LARGE LAWN.

we have used this mower twice and the second mow the drive belt disconnected. The mower started making a very loud noise coming from the pull cord or flywheel. the catcher will not last the distance as the lugs are not very strong to attach mower.

HIGHLY RECCOMENDED , THIS MOWER MAKES ME WANT TO CUT THE NEIGHBOURS LAWNS ASWELL ... NO JOKE!!!
