Excellent machine for branches up to 38mm diameter, produces good mulch. Doesn't like stringy or grassy stuff. Very good value for money!

Only used it once for a medium size job and it performed really well especially with larger branches close to its size limit. Time will tell how durable the shredder is

the garden shredder I bought is for small branches only and as such it's good little machine. by accident a piece of metal wire came in and ruined the knives, to turn the knives around was difficult very tight hex nuts. because of the small opening it takes a a bit of time to get everything through . conclusion for it's price it does the work.

Great little machine, can clog if too many leaves are put through. Overall, a great buy and works well.

For all those garden clean ups this electric shredder does the job. Eats through quite thick branches. Just a note: It tends to clog if you push through leaves.

I've found that you have to be careful not to load too many leaves or smaller pieces into shredder at once as it clogs and is a bit of a pain to clear. Otherwise, I have no issues and it works well.

This little fella ate all the branches I fed it and did a great job. Not so good with leaves and little stuff but any sticks and branches are consumed eagerly.

Gradually cleaning up my section. I shredded heaps of foliage, reducing a huge pile and only ended up with a rubbish bag of debris. Noise has to be expected with a shredder but this one didn't make me go running for ear muffs. I am glad I purchased this shredder.

Unfortunately, I was most displeased with this shredder. However, perhaps this was my own fault for purchasing a machine that was not up to the job I needed it for. I think this shredder would be best suited to very small jobs of thin and dry branches without leaves of no more than 20mm in thickness. I also read that it was a silent, but in fact it is much louder than a lawnmower or skill saw. Ear protection is definitely a must and using it before 10am would on a weekend not be possible. Secondly, for me, the blades became dull very quickly. I had to remove them and turn them around within the first hour of use. I then had to remove them again and sharpen the blades on both sides using a sharpening stone. At this stage I have only used the machine twice. I would actually like to return this and purchase something that was more suited to branches up to 40mm in thickness as stated. Apologies for this review, but for me this machine is extremely light weight (even for small domestic use).

This garden shredder is ok for the price you pay. But only for small stick suitable.

It is probably suitable for home gardens. I really needed something more suitable for bigger projects. So have opted to on sell this and buy something capable of bigger branches. It is fine for what it is though. Cheers, Mark.
