Q:
How are the steel garden arches fixed to the ground? Thanks.
A:
The legs are sharpen at the ends of the metal shaft so it's easy to insert into the ground.

Q:
Hi, could this work in a paved courtyard entrance? Can you get metal feet or weights with it instead of driving into the ground?
A:
Yes it could, it comes as is, but you could figure out a mounting system pretty easy - how about have two small planters on either side that you attach the legs to?

Quite a few inconsistencies - on the fence about recommending it

1) Width measurement is not the same as what's stated unless you stress the arch parts by forcing the legs to the stated width. Stated height is 257cm, actual height is 249.5, thus 7.5cm shorter. Stated width is 139cm (measured at start of curve and the same at the feet), actual width is 150.5, which is 11.5cm wider. So plan your placement very carefully. 2) Bottom LH part of arch is finished in glossy paint, all other parts in matte paint, so the arch looks very odd. 3) Leaf and flower decorations look nice. 4) Extra parts (brass screws and plastic wall fixings) included in the bag of nuts and bolts. 5) I recommend you install Y posts and attach the arch to these because it's not strong enough on its own.

Good service, good price

Perfect to my garden

Garden Arch Steel Gothic

Good quality and looks great. I've used the non gothic style of the arch and I am very happy with it. All components, (no missing parts), easy to put together.

Garden Arch

Great product, easy to install and quick delivery

Great Garden Arch

Easy to assemble and strong enough for the job. Located over a pathway on a hill section. Looks great. Dug the legs into the ground and poured concrete in to make it 100% secure.

Harpal

Good and durable

Pretty good, takes a while to put together but looks great, hopefully will last / not rust and crumble in a a couple years.

Garden arch steel gothic

As described. It’s lightweight but for the price is a cheap archway solution. You get what you pay for. Very easy to assemble and put up. Looks fine and better than a hole in my hedge!

Didn't Last

Looked great when we installed it in the garden, but 18 months later (6 months outside the warrantee) it rusted out and collapsed. Very disappointing, particularly given our beautiful climbing jasmine plant had to be removed to take down the arch.

Garden Arch Steel Gothic

Looks lovely although could be just a little heavier duty - looks a little light.
