Newman Generator 6500W 3 Phase Remote Electric Start

Fantastic, best value and quality for 6500W generator

Living in the country is great, but we rely on water from a deep bore, about 40 metres below ground, which is then pumped another 40 meters up hill to a Tank. An electrical Burnout left our family with no way of filling our water tank, this means no toilets, no showers, no water for stock and "OH My God NO COFFEE" ...... but actually not funny, had just soaped myself up in the shower when the water stopped and had to wipe it all off with a towel, lucky there was still about a litre in the jug ...... Cue "Trade Tested" the guys moved heaven and hell to get a Generator to us so we could fill our tanks !! I'm an Engineer so appreciate the Quality of this little 3 Phase unit, I wired up a cable to the pump and we had water, thats a great feeling believe me !! The Generator itself is Nice and compact, starts easily on the pull chord (Battery was flat from storage but has charged now) even the Missus who struggles starting a mower can start this, Electric start is great and automatically works the choke circuit. Most Country houses are 3 phase because of current limitations on the poles, in an emergency if you hook up a single phase generator to your house you'll only get one circuit livened up, maybe lights, maybe a few hotpoints, maybe kitchen, you get the idea. The bonus for us with this little 3 phase unit is that you can liven up the whole house in a blackout ...... ok so you can only pull 2kw of current per phase, but it will keep your fridges going, boil a jug, lighting, TV, computers, charge stuff as long as your sensible about what you expect the little Newman Generator is a total life saver !! Using in the Back of the Car with hatch and doors open so I can drive it too and from the pump as needed .... Farms always have spare cars :-) and thanks to the Trade Tested Team for getting it here Quickly !!

It starts easily, runs smoothly and delivers enough power to run my ski tuning machines The mounting fascia for the 3 phase socket isn’t particularly solid so I shall likely have to modify that This is a good unit. Operating noise isn’t too bad either

This is a good generator for the money, the remote start and stop is very handy, but it is pretty noisy compared to other generators in my opinion.
