Q:
Do you have to have a concrete floor.
A:
No, as long as your floor is level and has good drainage. We would however recommend either a wooden floor or concrete slab foundation for a better finish.

Good value for money, not for a novice!!!

Was not sure what to expect with this, but it turned out ok. I poured a concrete pad on my property for this shed and mad it 30mm larger on each side, but it turns out that the shed itself is slightly larger than in the drawings so it only JUST fit on the foundation I made. Took about 4 days to set it up for me and my wife and there were some frustrating times, I recommend to watch all videos for this on youtube as well as the digital version of the instructions (photos are in colour there and generally higher resolution). I added a few extra screws and rivets on certain parts as we are in a high wind zone as well as using different floor anchoring (threaded rod and chemset) rather than the expansion bolts in the kit. I am all in all very pleased how it turned out and it makes a pretty sturdy impression. However, I would absolutely not recommend this to someone who does not consider themselves a reasoably good handyman or handywoman as there are quite a few times where you need to think a few steps ahead or you get yourself in trouble.

Good Quality

Good quality, plenty of tek screws and thousands of rivets. My only feedback would be that the rivet gun it comes with is average, but aside from that, its fine. Ive seen a lot of complaints about the installation being difficult, buyers need to remember this isnt an IKEA drawer; its a large shed. If youre prepared to follow the instructions, plan effectively, and use your initiative, it isnt insurmountable.

Great price Goodish shed

Firstly the instructions were absolutely terrible. Wrong qtys wrong part numbers it was all a mess so very tricky to put together. Panels were bent which also made it hard to put together. The price was great but against the time and effort put in to put it together not sure it was worth it. Vent panels clearly weren't square when they were punched out so that looks bad. Once the shed was finally put together its not too bad. It took my uncle and I 5 days to put together.

Missing bits

I ordered the workshop for my mum, and my brother got his carpenter friend to build it with the help of whanau. The carpenter was very experienced and if it wasn't for him the whanau probably wouldn't have been able to erect it. Although there were parts missing which the carpenter had to replace, the workshop is a great size and is good value for money.

Great for the price

Juat assembled this (almost done). I managed to put it up myself without too much trouble. As others have said, if your e never done something like this get help, but you consider yourself handy you shud be OK. Instructions are poor but I figured it out. Holes don't align very well but no drama Dynabolts we're the wrong size but I didn't need them I won't test this string wind as I'm well shielded. The bottom does have good water egress protection so I'm going to have to figure out to stop water getting the bottom. This wud be the only "fault" of the design. I might have to go buy some window head flashing and jack up the shed and install it at the bottom. For the price though, this is great. So wud recommend.

Not what I was expecting

The instructions were terrible and mis labeled. There was not enough pot rivets to complete the job or enough weather proofing stuff supplied. Leaks like a sieve through the roof. Is made out of very cheap material. It took 6 people to hold up the walls as they are that flimsy it was ridiculous. But you get what you pay for!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Needs hands

The shed is very handy, and what was needed. However, it was definitely a 2 or 3 person job, and some instructions were a bit vague and hard to understand. I prefer written instructions which are then illustrated. Pictures alone for some steps are just not good enough. A novice would really struggle.

Shed

A bit more work than just a kit set to assemble. Very poor instructions.

Shed 3.07 x 4.54

Good for the price, difficult to make fully waterproof, some parts not made to the right size and required a bit of modification. Able to assemble it by myself in 2 days. Not the highest quality but as expected for the price.
