I ordered the workshop for my mum, and my brother got his carpenter friend to build it with the help of whanau. The carpenter was very experienced and if it wasn't for him the whanau probably wouldn't have been able to erect it. Although there were parts missing which the carpenter had to replace, the workshop is a great size and is good value for money.
Juat assembled this (almost done). I managed to put it up myself without too much trouble. As others have said, if your e never done something like this get help, but you consider yourself handy you shud be OK. Instructions are poor but I figured it out. Holes don't align very well but no drama Dynabolts we're the wrong size but I didn't need them I won't test this string wind as I'm well shielded. The bottom does have good water egress protection so I'm going to have to figure out to stop water getting the bottom. This wud be the only "fault" of the design. I might have to go buy some window head flashing and jack up the shed and install it at the bottom. For the price though, this is great. So wud recommend.
The instructions were terrible and mis labeled. There was not enough pot rivets to complete the job or enough weather proofing stuff supplied. Leaks like a sieve through the roof. Is made out of very cheap material. It took 6 people to hold up the walls as they are that flimsy it was ridiculous. But you get what you pay for!
The shed is very handy, and what was needed. However, it was definitely a 2 or 3 person job, and some instructions were a bit vague and hard to understand. I prefer written instructions which are then illustrated. Pictures alone for some steps are just not good enough. A novice would really struggle.
A bit more work than just a kit set to assemble. Very poor instructions.
Quality!! Easy to assemble- Good looking shed
Good for the price, difficult to make fully waterproof, some parts not made to the right size and required a bit of modification. Able to assemble it by myself in 2 days. Not the highest quality but as expected for the price.
Instructions were very vague, took four people to assemble, once the shed was assembled, the shed itself is very flimsy and fragile, screws easily popped out. Paid good money for rubbish. Purchased online and sent from Auckland.
Good size shed but the directions to install are not very easy to follow . Had to readajust walls and doors to fit . The measurements they give for the concrete base are wrong
I didn't expect much from a cheap kit set shed, but unfortunately this was overall still a disappointment. The shed was extremely light quality, and flimsy. None of the provided tools lasted the duration of the build, so had to fork out more for replacements. Most of the pre drilled pilot holes didn't line up, and the instructions were very confusing and hard to follow, with certain ones not making sense at all, such as putting the center capping on after the roof, not sure how you are ment to reach all that way without putting weight on the panels. A lot of other small let downs also, such as the dynabolts provided being far to big for the holes in the anchor plates, again meaning spending more for the correct sized ones. as well as parts not looking like the right fit when attaching. The waterproofing is also an issue, the roof doesn't leak, but the design of the shed mean water pools in the bottom channels and leaks into the shed. Overall I would not recommend this to anyone, I normally enjoy building, but found every step of this a headache and really wish I had opted to build a shed from scratch myself.
