Q:
Does you guarantee cover a shed located about 200 metres from the beach?
A:
No, it doesn't. Check out our Keter resin sheds. They are ideal for this environment.

Q:
This looks like a good storage solution and creates space in my carport. Knowing that this wooden shed works better indoor, my question is, if I keep it inside my carport, will this shed still suffer from condensation in the cold months and cause moisture to the stuff stored inside?
A:
This is an all weather outdoor Metal shed, printed in a wood finish. It can be left outside for long periods of time. As long as it's assembled properly these are water tight and shouldn't cause moisture to build inside.

Q:
Do you have sheds that are timber framed inside for extra strength?
A:
No, built correctly it's unnecessary. It would be fairly straightforward to add some timber framing if you wished to.

Q:
Does this shed have guttering so I can collect roof water?
A:
No it doesn't.

Q:
What's the best way to secure it to the ground?
A:
It depends what surface you are placing it on - use dynabolts if a concrete pad, or wood screws if using a wooden floor kit.

Q:
How thick is the wood veneer? Does the lower channel have drainage holes?
A:
These sheds don't have a wood veneer, rather the steel is printed with this finish which is very durable and resistant to weather and fading. There are holes for drainage and more could easily be added if deemed necessary.

How to make building this shed easier

Overall a decent shed, especially for the price. I suggest the following based on my experience building one. The rivet gun supplied packed in on first rivet, suggest buy a decent one from hardware store; I also used rivets in many more places than the screws supplied, finding it gives a better finish (albeit a little more work that self tapping screws). Noting that the Teck screws supplied are all one length and too long, so protrude inside the shed (rivets don't). If you're building the shed single or short handed then suggest construct roof panels 2 sections, it's going to be far easier to lift into position. I actually laid the roof panels in situ 1 by 1, which made it real easy on my own; fit into the edging frame as you go. Rear wall also can be build in 2 sections, and join the sections in the middle once you've fitted each to the sides i.e. rear corners; this makes getting the corners square and together much easier.Door frame as per roof and rear wall don't assemble to one piece ; its unclear how it goes together and too flimsy if assemble for carrying into position; so assemble as a RHS and LHS only...you can connect then both once they in the right positions. Lastly I laid the shed onto a concrete slab and made a wooden frame to sit it on (treated H4 pine), using angle brackets to allow for any adjustments needed (after reading a lot of reviews about the tolerances on these products) glad I did.

THANKS TRADE TESTED...

100% love this Shed, took all day with the help of my 2 boys to put together, as finances were tight, so I do recommend to get a quote for a tradesman to do it, OVERALL really happy and proud to say we did it and its fab. Plenty of room for all my tools, Lawnmower etc, Standing head room is great and it fitted perfectly into the space of my home built Pallet shed I built which served its purpose for 3 years. and matches our deck our landlord just repaired, and is pleasing to the eye from the back looking out our ranchslider. Thanks T/Tested. 5 *****
