Q:
i have a 2.3 x 1.7 shed on order but want to start making the floor do you have the exact internal dimensions so i can get underway thanks
A:
The footprint of this shed is 2.31m (W) x 1.55m (D), your floor should be rebated 25mm all round to account for the approx 20mm channels with some wiggle room. Please contact our sales team on 0800 800 880 or [email protected] if you would like a copy of the manual or further info.

Q:
Are the sheds waterproof?
A:
It really depends on how well they are assembled! Built on a level, rebated concrete pad or wooden floor kit, with the seams sealed using a neutral cure silicon sealant, they should keep most of the water out.

Garden Shed 2.31m x 1.55m x 2.02m Ironsand

Great wee shed looks good

Glen Otago
Great shed.

Worth taking your time to check your sequences. I managed to build this single handed but having a buddy would make it easier. All my tools fit easily including mower, shredder and the usual collection of spades, forks etc.

Garden Shed 2.3m x 1.5m x 2m

Good product, just a few scratches and slightly bent parts once opened package, must have been damaged during freight. Instructions arent great but sufficient enough. Once built, it looks good and appears to be resistant enough. Waiting for flooring, that will finish it and make it quite useful.

Great kit-set shed for its price

After searching shed options online these stood out on top as the best option for it’s size, options, and price. Pros: - all materials included. - many options of sizes and colours. - optional add ons such as kit set timber floor. - youtube video tips available for key steps. - step by step instruction booklet is fairly straightforward . Cons: - riveting tool seems low quality and did not work at all - a replacement worked great. - Drill piece was very blunt/ soft metal and couldn’t drill holes for rivets even through such a thin steel sheet. A cheap replacement worked much better. - some instructions could be clearer with more accurate diagrams. - shed structure does not seem very robust e.g. steel is very thin, some joins are flimsy, and would likely need significant reinforcing in windy locations. Overall: for affordable price and variety of sizes and add ons, I would say these are the best option out there. Expect to buy your own rivet tool and drill bits to replace those provided in the kit.

Good Shed

Good solid shed - great at this price. Put it up with no real skills whatsoever in a day, someone with talent would do faster. Had to watch a video to get the door mounting right - the instructions are pretty good but there were a couple of details about the doors that weren't too clear. Top Tip - the door 'frame' should be built as pushed out to the edges of the shed as possible (ie. make the 'gap' for the doors as large as you can).

Bob Auckland
Not very Strong

New Zealands equinox winds are sufficient to blow this shed inside out. OK for general use, and cheap, but do add strengthening on the inside before wind takes it out.
