I have recently completed assembly of the 2.31M x 1.55M steel shed with two doors and had mixed results due to inability to achieve same length of front and back walls I believe due to oversized door assemblies supplied. This symptom has been reported by other reviewers and prevents the shed being able to be assembled accurately square. As a result of this experience, before I started assembly of a more recent single door 1.55M x .79M shed 1.55M purchased I did a dry assembly (no screws or rivets) of the front wall with the adjustable door hinge frame channel set at its maximum opening width. I found the resulting wall width was the same as the rear wall but without any allowance at all for suitable gaps for insertion of hinges, swing clearance gap at the latch side or any adjustment at all of the moveable hinge frame channel to allow for slight assembly inaccuracies or out of square floor. When I sought guidance from the supplier and asked to speak to anyone who had experience in the assembly of these sheds I was told that there were no specialists of that kind available in the company that I could speak to. I suppose I wasn't surprised at this because I assumed that had there been such specialists employed the discrepancies that I discovered would have been corrected before general dispatch of these sheds. I have wide and lengthy experience in DIY projects so my solution to what I found was to cut the supplied relevant door parts down so that their assembled width was reduced by approximately 20mm. This resulted in a very satisfactory fully square assembly that allowed good use of the adjustable door frame channel for fine adjustment. When this was done I observed that the available adjustment remaining in the door hinge frame channel was only about 10mm even though I had cut the door width down by 20mm. This confirmed that the door would not have been able to fit into the available door space remaining if I had assembled the shed without cutting the door down to a smaller size. I noted a number of misleading contents in the assembly instructions supplied including the picture of the shed on the front cover depicting the door being installed on the left side (which I wanted) but the door assembly instructions providing guidance for assembly of a door only suitable for installing on the right side. I would recommend purchase of these shed assemblies as value for money but only if the purchaser has considerable experience in DIY and relevant improvisation skills and tools or has ready access to someone with such skills without relying on them from the supplier.

The shed was mostly straightforward to assemble. However, the tiny sketches relating to the door opening area/hinge resulted in a couple of errors. but we got there. There is a good NZ video on Utube that makes a similar mistake. Instruction book would be my only complaint.

Great kitset shed, fairly easy to assemble. All the parts were labelled and the instructions were fairly straight forward. The assembly process did take a little time as I assembled it by myself. Once built, the shed feels very robust and looks good. Excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend.

Overall good product and quality. Assembly instructions need to be more simplified and improved as it had some missing elements of instructions. A video on full assembly would be great for users. Also parts can be modified in a way to make the assembly itself easy for a person who is not a person in trade. At the end of assembly had trouble aligning the door into the frame and still not precise after lot of adjustments.

Had help to put together and we riveted the seams to make it stronger. Great shed for the price, our 2nd shed purchase from Trade Tested

Assembly instructions are useless, online tutorials are the worst. Holes don't match up on top & bottom of door. This is a very substandard shed. Bought one years ago but this is nothing like that. Would never buy another shed from here.

Easy to assemble. All required hand tools are included. Side front and top panels are easy to assemble. Gets bit tricky while assembling front part.

Despite the claim it was easy to assemble this was extremely tricky to put together. At least two people needed most of the time. Despite our best efforts it's still not square and therefore leaks. I enquired about getting it assembled professionally. The cost was as much again as the kitset. I would not recommend this to anyone.
