The tough 180gsm PE weave helps diffuse the sun and the heat, while still letting some light through, so you can create sheltered but airy spaces.

The removable pole makes operation simple, while the blind can be set up to operate from the left or the right. The bungee tie-down system allows you to secure them from the bottom. The tough weave is UV stabilised to handle life outdoors in NZ.

What is the width along the top (including the brackets) once it is installed?
A:
The total width including the brackets is 188cm. Each bracket adds 2.5cm in length

Q:
We want to attach the blind to an outdoor deck. The attachment would have to fit either above the blind or behind the roller, whereas in the diagram the fitments appear to be at the end of the rollers, as if to fit in a made-to-measure window frame. Does the mounting fixture allow us to fit it as we've described? Thanks

No it's only designed to mount as pictured.

How do you anchor the blind when extended?
A:
It has hooks that you fix to the deck or similar and toggles that attach from the bottom of the blind.

Can this roll easily cut into size? I required 167mm, need to cut around 20mm.
A:
You could, however generally we wouldn't recommend it - edges could fray once cut among other things.

Outdoor sunscreen just the ticket!

Really pleased with this 183x244cm blind that fills the gap where the sun streams in. Well made and easy to follow instructions. Rolls up out of the way when we don't need it. Compliments the 244x244cm blind we purchased earlier this year.

Great blinds

We got two and were very easy to install. Its not a wind breaker so when its windy we roll them up. Great for privacy and blocking the sun

Roller Blind

We installed the blind on the western side of our covered deck so we could have the doors open to the lounge but it used to get very hot in the afternoon so to make it more comfortable we pull the blind down and the inside temperature has dropped by about 5 or more degrees.

Great Pruduct

These blinds are a great choice to keep the afternoon / evening sun out of our living room. The quality is good for the price, but I did modify the mounting to fit (as I had a narrow space I wanted to install in). I also modified the blinds so it would stand up to wind conditions better (as the bottom rail caps came off very easily). No all is great, I retract them once it gets to windy or the sun goes down. Would not hesitate to buy again, also great service ordering and shipping from TradeTested, many thanks.

Can't fault this blind
