Used to store a two-person kayak in a garage. Be aware, there is a fair amount of headroom required to install and lift the object(ie probably couldn't mount to a flat ceiling and walk under kayak). No issue for us as we were able to install between the roof trusses.

The bike hoist (actually a kayak hoist but perfectly suitable as a bike hoist) arrived promptly. It is installed and does the job perfectly for storing my bike in the garage.

Does exactly as the advert says. We're using it for a Paddle board and it was very easy to adapt. Good price and good value thank you.

A set of 50mm sliders should be included to adjust strap length and ensure what youre hoisting can be as close to the ceiling as possible. Also be aware that the only fixings included are for the rudimentary rope cleat

Have my big Viking Kayak on the ceiling, works well.
