If you're more into low and slow, than hot and fast, the infrared back burner is specifically designed to give you the indirect heat you’ll need to achieve some slow cooking goodness. Combined with one of our rotisserie kits, you’ll be able to tackle larger cuts of meat and caramelise them to perfection. The handy side burner can also be used with a wok, pot or frying pan and is great for adding a bit of variety to your traditional barbecue.
