Add amazing style and versatility to your Trade Tested Trade Tested 3x4m, 4x4m or 6x4m Louvre Roof System with these aluminium wall shutters.

Ideal for blocking prevailing winds, nosey neighbours and adding a textural element to your new outdoor living room.

You can fit up to 3 of these 1.23m units per 4m long side (3.7m post to post), allowing you to close off entire sides of your louvre.

Designed for seamless installation, assembly is straightforward and they feature the same all-aluminium construction as our louvre roof systems along with manual opening and closing, all backed by a 5 Year Warranty.

Note: Any side featuring a crank handle can fit a maximum of 2 shutter units as a gap must be left for the handle. Roof corner brackets must be removed for corner installation. Not compatible with the sides of wall mounted models due to the 3° fall, but can be mounted to the front edge.

A:
Possibly and it sounds like it could be pretty awesome. Unfortunately, we do not offer parts to do this and you would need to talk to a local builder.

Can these be used in a canopy installed by a local supplier (Not product of trade tested)
A:
Yes. As long as this fits your gap and is held securely, they can be installed anywhere you wish. Note this is supplied with self-tapping screws for metal, if you are attaching to timber or concrete you will need to supply your own screws. Can these be installed after the louvre has been installed? Or do they have to be installed at the same time?

They can be installed at any time. It's best to have the louvre fully built, than attach the shutters

Are you able to cut these down in height and width to cut the size gap I am wanting these for. Also is there a video on how to install. Cheers

It may be technically possible to cut these down, but it is nothing we have tried or can fully recommend. You would need to precisely cut down over 30 parts and possibly re-drill some holes. Any modifications are not covered by our warranty, so best to talk to a professional or get in touch if you want to check out the manual before you plan this out

Is it possible to divide this horizontally in half to use on top of a Fixed wall?

Their construction doesn't lend itself to doing that.

Can the shutters be used as a stand alone construction attached to a verandah?
A:
This is not something we have tested however I am sure it could be done. We would recommend discussing the finer points of how to do this with a builder

900mm louvre wall panel

Did the job required. Good solid parts and easy to assemble. I cut the side frames down by one louvre to fit it where I needed. Works well.

Excellent addition

Great addition to our louvred pergola - privacy for the neighbours, protection from heat and rain. A bit fiddely to make up (Hubby and I got the time down to about 40 minutes by the time we put our fifth side together), but well worth the it.

Shutters on my deck

I purchased two lots of the 1.23m shutters and one of the 900mm ones as i had around 3 metres to cover. I installed them at the side of my deck where I previously had plastic blinds hanging. The plastic blinds were old and discoloured and constantly made a lot of noise banging around in the wind. The shutters look amazing. The area looks so smart now. And the shutters work perfectly, they can be adjusted to be as open or closed as needed. Im really pleased with them.
