Used a number of times, does a great job. Even my kids enjoy using it. High praise. Recommend

The battery life seems really good, went for over an hour and once I finished, it still had battery left - helps running on lower throttle when not in heavy grass/weeds. Downside is no alternate angle to hold it while trimming. But easy to get up and running, great having Greenworks other tools to swap batteries

What a great machine! Far easier to use than my heavy petrol machine. Cutting power at least if not better, much more manoeuvrable and no starting issues. Cut grass at least 350mm high without trouble. Overall a great line trimmer.

I have a few green work 40 volt battery tools and they're all robust and do what they say they'll do. Not professional quality but a step above consumer brands in my opinion. This weed eater seems same quality and bit more powerful than a lot of the other ones on the market which means you do the job in half the time. The battery is shipped separately because it's a dangerous good which caused confusion.

Cuts through most grass, makes a great edger, and easy to assemble. The line that comes with it can get stuck but easy enough to fix.

Cuts way better and copes well with long paddock grass, compared with my 20v single strand cutter. Fairly heavy, so one charge is enough for the day

I looked at a number of options for my first ever electric trimmer and in the end on the advice of my brother opted for this one. Bought a mower at the same time on the same advice. The instructions aren’t 100% clear on some things however it didn’t take long to use some common sense and get it sorted. easy to clean and store, not as good in my opinion as a good petrol one but for a home section does the job. Would recommend a second battery for medium/large lawns especially if you’re using a mower at the same time.

Received this as a package deal with a mower. Was very easy to assemble thanks to clear instructions. Heaps of power and good quality line that easily cuts through weeds etc. easy clean. Highly recommended.
