Q:
Hi there, I live by the sea. Will the unit rust?
A:
Yes it will, but it's easy enough to seal it if you want to slow this down - you could add a rust proof paint, PA10 or similar.

Do you think this might be available in white at some stage?
A:
We have no plans for this, but they would be simple to paint.

Q:
How does it stay up in strong wind?
A:
It depends how you fix it really - you could push it into the ground, use a peg and tie down system, concrete it in, drill and bolt it to wood etc. Some customers have bolted to fences etc - check out the reviews and customer photos on this and other models for some ideas on how it could work for your garden.

Garden Arch

Excellent product very impressed.

Garden Arch

WE really love our new garden arch. It was easy to assemble, a great design and lightweight enough to be easily moved to our preferred site. We chose to bolt it to our wooden garden edge with an "L" bracket and this worked perfectly for us. Now we just have to train the jasmine to grow up and over it!

Really stoked, not just with product but with buying experience. Easy to assemble, even for me at 79 and lots of joint pain..hahaha

garden arch steel garda

Great, it really frames the entrance to front garden, and will look more fixed when my climber grows up.

A great sense of acheivement, gorgeous and strong.

This was the second steel frame for the garden I attempted to put together with my partner. A bit more complex that the first one we did, which was the steel Edwardian style arch. It needed two of us to manage. Very enjoyable sussing it out and the finished product is just gorgeous. Easy to the place and secure in the garden. Roses already loving to climb the structure. Seriously thinking of getting a second one.

Steel Garda Arch

Excellent size and easily assembled

Poor welds and mounting holes misdrilled.

Looks good but welds are poor and three broken out of box. A hole for the side rails was drilled in the wrong place.

Garden Arch Steel Garda

The product arrived slightly damaged - managed to superglue it and has held so far....also has stood up to our horrendous winds here. The communication from Trade Tested is good. Will deal with them again.

No, I do not recommend this product.
Missing parts and broken

First one I ordered was missing parts. They sent me a whole new one which had a broken part. Out of the two sets I've got one full arch. I wouldn't order one again.
