Q:
Estimated lasting time of cover
A:
It's highly dependent on exposure to wind, high UV etc, they come with a 1 Year Warranty. Check out our customer reviews for a better idea of how people are getting on with them. If you are looking for a true long term solution we'd suggest looking at one of our greenhouses.

Q:
Hi there. Can you please tell me what level if any of shade percentage you get from this tunnel house?
A:
No it's not rated this way, it's designed to function as a greenhouse (warm up) rather than a shadehouse (Protect from excessive heat)

Q:
What's included in the box? Does it come with brackets to secure it to the ground?
A:
No this does not need brackets to attach to the ground. The cover has 'flaps' creating additional length, the intention is for these to be buried under some earth which creates a more structurally sound construction.

Q:
How do these hold up in high wind areas
A:
They aren't designed for high wind areas, but they're pretty sturdy. How well they are assembled in terms of fastening to the ground, reinforcing frame etc will also play a part. Our best suggestion would be to install in as sheltered a spot as possible, have a read through the reviews on this and other sizes to see how others have got on and where they installed.

Tunnel house

This is the second one I have purchased and it is an ideal size for our 1/4 acres section. We have them side by side

Tunnel house

This is my 2nd tunnel house as the 1st one blew away in latest big storm. Used it for 2 years and was still going strong. Easy to make up by myself and have had great crops over the time. Lightweight so please make sure it is really secured down if in windy area. Have recommended this to friends and family.

2x3 Tunnel house

We bought this smaller one as a test to see what kind of quality it is. We were surprised at how well it’s made and value for money. We do live in a high wind area (banks Peninsula) so have roped the tunnel down to 4 Y posts. We now have plans for a bigger one

Tunnel house

For the price and ease of putting it together, this product is certainly a winner. It’s now producing an assortment of goods that usuall cannot be grown this time of year.

Brilliant

We purchased this in mind for growing our veges all year round. Finally got it up and really it is quite sturdy and great height to stand up in. Glad we made the purchase.

Smallest poly tunnel trst

The instructions were TOTALLY wrong & confusing for our 2x3m polytunnel. But we were finally able to figure out all 4 of the horizontal bars needed to be on the inside of the arches & then we could ignore the rest. Though we did wrap the protective tape over surfaces that would be in contact with the cover. Bought 4 500cm stakes for the inside of the frame corners to deal with our wind.

I’m really happy with this product getting some great crops

Absolutely recommend this green tunnel. So easy to assemble. Our 1st lot of vegetables are growing so fast. A real little hot house.
