If your order has shipped but has not been delivered the first thing to do is track the delivery status of your order. Your tracking number has been emailed to you.
If delivery of your order has been attempted but you missed it please get in touch with the delivery company directly to arrange re-delivery or collection of your order.
If the tracking for your order indicates that it has been delivered, but you’re unable to find it, please get in touch with the delivery company directly. If the delivery company has not resolved the issues within a reasonable period of time, please get in touch with us and we will contact them on your behalf.
Regrettably, neither Trade Tested nor our delivery partners are able to refund or replace items that have been lost, damaged or stolen after being successfully delivered to your property.
