I've changed my mind and no longer want the item I ordered

If you've changed your mind you can return your item as long as it's unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition in original packaging with all manuals and accessories within 30 days of delivery. You'll also need to include your proof of purchase.

The shipping for the return will be at the cost of the buyer and original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a courier company with a tracking service so you can track the delivery status of your return.

Once we've received the item and our returns team confirms your item qualifies, you will receive an exchange item or store credit.
