Everything we sell comes with a minimum 12 month parts and labour warranty, and for some items we offer even longer warranties. We are committed to protecting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and work closely with our suppliers to assist with warranty claims.
If your item is faulty, we will endeavour to repair or replace items within their warranty period. If we cannot do this within a reasonable period of time we will offer a store credit or a refund. Please note items that require assessment or repair by a third party service agent can take several weeks to be processed.
For fast processing of your warranty claim, please ensure the following:
You provide the original packaging (if you still have it)
You accurately describe the fault (this will ensure our service agents can reproduce the fault or error)
You attach clear photographs/videos of the fault
