Warranty Information
Everything we sell comes with a minimum 12-month parts and labour warranty, with some items offering even longer warranties. Additional details can be found in the Product Details section of each product page.
We are committed to protecting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and work closely with our suppliers to assist with warranty claims.
If your item is faulty, we will endeavour to repair or replace items within the warranty period. If this cannot be done within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer a store credit or refund. Please note that items requiring assessment or repair by a third-party service agent may take several weeks to process.
For fast processing of your warranty claim, please ensure the following:
- Provide the original packaging (if available).
- Accurately describe the fault to help our service agents reproduce the issue.
- Attach clear photographs/videos of the fault.
