This mini dirt bike is ready for some backyard adventures, with its revvy 2-stroke 49cc engine and full suspension it’s the perfect way to get the youngsters started on two wheels.

Simple to ride, it’s fully automatic, so just twist the throttle and go. Brake levers on the handlebar activate the front and rear brake just like on a bicycle.

The responsive acceleration, front telescopic forks, rear mono shock, disk brakes and motocross styling make this look and feel just like a big bike. Suitable for ages 6 and up (at parents discretion), the low seat height of 61cm makes getting started less intimidating.

It’s no full-on motocross bike, but it is suitable for gentle off-road use and will have your kids ripping round the paddock or backyard in no time.

q: I am 4 ft 3 female 56yrs old. Im looking at a kids bike for me. What size would i need plz?

a: This will probably be a bit small, the seat height is 61 cm to give you a better idea of how you might fit (or not!). Good luck with the search though!

a: Potentially, the seat height is 61cm, so maybe sit him on something this height and you'll get a better idea.

a: It might be a little on the small side depending on how tall they are - if you have a look at the seat height it might give you a better idea.

q: Does the bike need assembly and if so how much assembly is required?

a: It needs some assembly, mainly handle bars, mudguards and wheels. Our sales team (0800 800 880) can send you manual if you want to see exactly. Bear in mind that this is a 2-stroke petrol powered machine and a mechanically able person will be required to carry out the set up and long term maintenance of this product.

a: No this would be too small.

q: How noisy is the bike, our neighbourhood has been complaining about another dirt bike and how noisy it is going up and down the street? Are these bikes allowed to drive around a neighbourhood open piece of land or do you have to go out rural?

a: They have a muffler, however a 2-stroke single is always going to be a bit buzzy. Have you checked out our electric quad? It would be ideal for your situation.

q: Do they have throttle control screw?

a: No this doesn't (it's a twist throttle), our 49cc mini quad bikes do have a screw governor on the thumb throttle.

Brought this for my son on his 5th birthday hes done about 20 hours on it still goes good starts easy plenty of power for him im pretty surprised with this bike its got reversed front forks rear shock is good quality perfect first bike at a good price.
