SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS: For clarity, the manual states that this product should not be ridden by children younger than 7 years old, however, we find this product is most commonly purchased for children younger than this. In many cases, the product will be too small and underpowered for children older than 7 years. However, the suitability of the product to a particular child is at the parents’ / caregivers’ discretion as they are in the best position to assess the capabilities of their child – height, weight & skill should also be considered (as should the speed setting). A helmet should also be worn at all times.

Great little first bike

Easy to put together. Daughter loves it. Good first experience on a 2 wheeler. In hindsight should have brought the next size up as a bit small for our tall 5 year old.

Best bike to learn for young kids

Best bike to teach your kids how to balance and throttle control The smiles on my kids faces is already paid in full from seeing them On this razor 125 I have brought two of my them and my kids love em

Tk Auckland
poorly made and underpowered

I purchased this bike after seeing an add for it and reading some of the reviews. This bike is very poorly made and doesn't even go at walking pace. Maybe the bike we received was a dud. The charge doesnt last very long and construction quality and design is poor

Reply from Trade Tested This unit had a fault and we have sent replacement parts.
Great Little Bike

My (nearly 6yr old) son loves this. He adapted well after coming off a balance bike to a bicycle with trainer wheels, then without trainer wheels quickly. The only issue is does not go uphill very well. Any slight grade would be ok(& slow), but it completely stops if hill is of medium gradient.

Razor MX125 Mini Dirt Bike

Awesome little bike, our 4 year old grandson loves, his parents love it, and we are happy with the fact it is perfect starting, introduction to riding, bike. We considered the important aspect of safety as there are NO, hot exhaust pipe, petrol to burn him, or that it would over rev and go fast. Daughter will be able to give it to a friend once he has mastered it and we look at the next size up bike for him at Trade Tested likely the 49cc. (Or Bigger).
