q: Hi there, I live by the sea. Will the unit rust?
a: Yes it will, but it's easy enough to seal it if you want to slow this down - you could add a rust proof paint, PA10 or similar.

q: Hi there, can you please tell me what kind of tools are needed to put this together?
a: You'll need a screwdriver to assemble the arch.

q: How does it stay up in strong wind?
a: It depends how you fix it really - you could push it into the ground, use a peg and tie down system, concrete it in, drill and bolt it to wood etc. Some customers have bolted to fences etc - check out the reviews and customer photos on this and other models for some ideas on how it could work for your garden.

Think could be a bit stronger across upper horizontal section where the two sides join in the middle only about 2cm interlocking at centre. l have a clematis growing up either side hope it is strong enough to hold it up

Ideal for our garden to climb two roses over above a seat. Generous size, easy assembly. We concreted the posts in the ground for stability.

Absolutely love my garden arch. Have placed a seat under and love the intricate design so in the meantime will not put climbers on it.

I found this arch at Trade Tested after a long search for one that was elegant without being pretentious. Relatively easy to assemble too.

Easy to assemble and looks great. Bolted it to a fence on one side and raised garden on the other with pavers under the legs. Will have a rose climbing over it and should look great.

Easy to put together and looks great. We now have a wisteria growing up the side of it. Certainly strong enough support for it.

Very long garden arch

2018-05-18T13:15:39+00:00

we are very pleased with our purchase, just love the garden arch ,the size & length is great, tho a couple of things we would mention is that the instructions were alittle unclear. Where the top meets the bottom we found that when we joined the 2 down peices, on one side it got stuck, and unfortunely bent and slightly split the metal, when we removed it. We've decorated it,and are using it inside,so you can't see these bits & are otherwise very pleased with it. Thank you,
