Their UV-stabilised, high-tensile strength is designed to provide fantastic durability against tears and punctures. What is a tarpaulin used for?

A tarpaulin is a foolproof way to keep items outside safe from the harm of rain and water damage - essential for those moving house, working in construction, or going camping. Not only can you use tarps for top-cover protection, but also for constructing lean-tos or as a groundsheet for outdoor activities.

How to set up a tarpaulin

As a versatile product, there are a range of ways to set up a tarp, depending on your required use. To protect a trailer or other large object from the weather, roll the tarpaulin over the item. Then, secure the corners of the tarp by staking pegs through the eyelets. Stake through any other eyelets along the edges, pulling it tautly all the way.
