Pre-orders

Pre-orders are the same as regular orders, except that you won't receive your items until they have arrived in our warehouse.

If you're paying by credit card, we will charge your card at the time of placing your order.
If you're paying by internet banking, please make payment promptly to secure stock.

If your order contains pre-ordered items and in stock items, we will hold your entire order until all items have arrived in our warehouse and are available to ship. If you wish to split your order to receive in stock items sooner, please get in touch with us as additional delivery fees may apply.

Changed your mind? We give you the option to cancel your pre-order right up until we receive your item in our warehouse.

Arrival dates to our warehouse for pre-ordered items can sometimes change due to unforeseen circumstances but we'll keep you up to date by email.
