Q:
Is it possible to add castors to this workbench to make it moveable, even if we had to purchase castors elsewhere would we be able to attach them to legs?
A:
We've never tested this, don't see why not.

Q:
Is this suitable as a potting table and exposed to weather?
A:
No its not designed for this. The glue/laminate on the top would let go eventually being heat / moisture cycled. Maple isn't really an outside wood even if treated.

Q:
Is it self assembly?
A:

High Quality and Easy to Setup

Super easy to assemble. Using it as a office table with 2 workstations so maple is perfect. No rough or sharp edges on frame so toddler friendly as this table is in the lounge.

It's a bench

Solid bench. Needed something for our production area - this was actually a little nicer than expected, now the production guys are hesitant about marking it up. I'll go out there and put a few marks in it no problem to start them off. All in all it's a solid bench - height adjustments are a super useful touch, and as I mentioned the wood top is very nice.

Good solid bench

I needed a strong bench for my home automotive workshop. I chose this one over the steel one as I felt it would handle heavy items better. I put a galvanised steel surface over the wood to protect it. It was simple to assemble the legs and fix the top to it, but beware that the top is very heavy. I felt the legs were too floppy as they are unsupported across the front and there is no diagonal brace so I built a shelf across the bottom supporting it on the cross beams each end which has tightened the whole bench up.
