Can this cupboard be assembled without the shelves or are they required to support the panels? Thanks
A:
You could do this as they are not required to build this. But they do provide some reinforcing/strength and if you wanted to remove all shelves I would suggest adding some reinforcement.

Does it come assembled?

No, this is shipped as a "flatpack" and will need full assembly. Tools needed are a Phillips Screwdriver and an M10 wrench/socket.
