Wow, I love this new sander!!. I wish I brought it sooner.

Have been using this sander for a few years now. Even dropped it onto concrete. Goes great, so handy. Absolutely recommend

Perfect, just what we wanted.

Wasn't sure how it would go with a 5.0ah 18v battery attached to it but have been pleasantly surprised. I would say it is not as comfortable as a small palm 230v orbital but then I don't have a lead getting in the way all the time so one cancels the other out. I've never really used the dust catcher in my years but this had one as standard and I was again surprised at how well this worked. It feels like it gets in the way if your not used to it but the reduced dust in my opinion makes that worthy of putting up with. I have a big set of 18v Makita stuff so have batteries and chargers galore so this turned out to be a very nice little addition to justify all my batteries and get good cycling out of them.

I have 3 other sanders but for working on hard-toget-at places this Makita sander is ideal. It's able to be easily used with one hsnd which my other Sanders (especially the corded ones) fall short of. The positioning of the battery on the o.s. skin gives better balance than most.

This is an excellent product and a great addition to my kit of Makita power tools. It’s nice and light and the ergonomics are perfect.
