Q:
Hi, does this come with the architraves to go around the installed product once in the ceiling as people have in the pictures?

Q:
Does the 1200 x 600mm hole in the ceiling have to framed on all four sides, say by two ceiling beams with gap of 600mm and two cross members?

So just to confirm outside stair frame size is 600mmX1200mm so this would mean trimming the timber hole in ceiling out at say around 610mmX 1210 to allow stairs to be inserted (with 5mm gap spare around frame)and fixed in place right??
A:
Yes that's correct.

Away with the wardrobe manhole

Good quality and value for money; easy installation for an 84 year old; the instructions were helpful. Access to the ceiling via the drop-down stairs, is much easier than crawling through a manhole in the wardrobe.

Great product, great price

I needed three units for a job. I ordered one to see if it was any good and I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Packaged well, great construction, usual process to install. I ordered two more that afternoon.

Easy enough to install. Looks good and does not detract the eye from the walking down the hallway. Is sturdy and easy enough to use.
