Keter Darwin 6x8 Shed 1.90m x 2.44m Grey

This was surprisingly easy to assemble considering we are not a very DIY experienced couple but I'd say we had it together in 6 or so hours and we love it! Looks stunning in our space, good ventilation and light and holds up perfectly in all seasons.

The Darwin shed is nice 6x8 shed, construction is pretty quick with easy to follow instructions. A level base (concrete or wood) makes it much easier to get everything lined up. Be careful when using power tools such as impact drivers when screwing everything together, as it is easy to over-tighten and strip the holes. Allow a day for two people to put everything together, but if you are very handy you'll probably only need a few hours.

I recently assembled this shed and overall, I'm quite impressed. It's a neat and tidy structure with ample spaceperfect for anyone needing generous storage. Although the instructions recommend two people for assembly, I managed to put it together solo. That said, having a second pair of hands would definitely make the process smoother. Once built, the shed looks great and offers a fair amount of storage. Its held up well against heavy rain, staying completely dry inside despite Papmys relentless downpours. One thing to note: the plastic floor isnt particularly sturdy, so I highly recommend investing time and effort into creating a solid base before installation. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a reliable and spacious outdoor storage solution.

After building multiple metal sheds the last few years,I was looking for a quality and quicker build solution. This certainly fit the bill, assembly took less than half a day, mainly by myself. Good instructions and everything was a tidy fit. A month down we are very happy with the shed and solution, very nice solution

Writing this review after spending an entire day trying to set this shed up and I'm not even halfway. The assembly is non-sensical and I've already damaged the roof panels trying to get them in place. The material basically glorified corflute and I'm not expecting the shed to last more than a year or two with how flimsy it feels. At this price point you are better just building a wooden shed.

Very happy with shed, plenty of headroom. The double doors make access easy. Essential to get base for shed absolutely level, that ensures the sections fit together perfectly.

I have chosen concrete pavers 500x500 for my base, placed directly on hand leveled and compacted dirt. When job was complete i needed to pack one side of the shed with plastic shims about 4mm to make the door align. I have assembled the shed myself in around 6 hours doing it slowly. Second person really would be required if i was a little shorter or if it was windy. I am 6'6 (198cm) Keter sheds are very good for the money you pay. This is my second from this brand, selling my first one as it was too small and sold it for nearly the same amount as i payed 3 years ago. The condition of it was "very good" with no damage. Keter Darwin Classic 6x8 was easy to assemble. I had very little wind. Instructions are very good with with one crucial exception (in my opinion) for roof assembly. When inserting roof panels - rather than inserting the 3rd and then 4th (last -end) one on each side, you should install the 4th (last-end) one on each side and than the remaining 3rd one. Otherwise you face a challenge with the notch (see the photo). To prevent any damage and If you decide to do it as i suggested, push up rails on both sides high enough so when you slide the panel in, you don't shave the plastic in the grooves of the panel. Final product is good to very good. You may come across some plastic defects that is likely result of storage and transport. If any defective part is noticed in roof parts don't proceed and contact TradeTested as this could jeopardize the weather-proof integrity. Small bend defects can be manipulated so the parts fit without any issues. I also recommend being careful of adjusting the torque when fitting screws into any plastic parts. I personally do that with finishing the last turns by hand. Most notable Pros of plastic sheds are moisture control, looks, assembly, variety of sizes, longevity. Less desirable facts of plastic sheds are lower stability and need for good leveled base. This particular shed could be improved with adding 2 more cross-sectional braces (only one in the middle currently) and adding stoppers at the bottom of the door (this is definitely missing in this shed - i used spare screws fitted into the base sticking out just enough to stop non handle side of the door going inside).

Took my husband 2 days to assemble . He is very very good at building flat packs etc and it wasnt easy for him but had no major issues . It is such a great quality shed and looks really fancy on the garden now . It fits 4 bicycles , mower , beach stuff , ladders and camping chairs without a squeeze and freed up the garage space for us Highly recommend

Easy ordering. Delivery driver considerate and did best he could in rain storm. Key factor for easy set up is a flat and even surface to place shed onto. Comes in 2 boxes and they're heavy so suggest this as 2 man job (i bought for my kids to set up as a bonding project over holiday). Being plastic, installation of walls very simple. We took 12 hours to complete instead of 4? because we struggled with lining up roof panels and doors. We realised the reason for the difficulty was....you guessed it, an uneven base. What would normally be a nightmare to fix was simple with the lighter plastic shed, we just propped up 1 corner & everything magically lined up - the doors lined up perfectly. Note the bottom door has a bit of a gap. It was fine for me as i was able to feed an extension lead thru it to power lights, etc. Being plastic, don't expect to screw additional items into the panels, they're plastic. Use 3M tape. Also being plastic, i wouldn't recommend placing in area exposed to strong wind - not sure whether it'll fly away so why risk it (i placed it between tree, bush & other shed). Im curious to see how long the shed will last under our strong sun. I would rate the shed 7/10 but make sure it's fit for your purpose.

This is a top quality product with easy step by step instruction booklet, the easiest thing to follow. We were so impressed with the final product we went ahead and purchased a second one. Just top quality.
