I live in Ruakaka. It is a hot part of our country and wonder if the heat will be a problem or the salt spray from the sea.

Not at all, these resin sheds are ideal for coastal locations as they can't rust or rot.

Good to have this one

1k mistake?

When I was putting this together I couldn’t help but think-“is this a 1k mistake?”. Quite a flimsy composite material and it’s odd screwing into it-often there is a forced “bite” to get the screws in. I found it impossible to align the door and one it was up the flooring gutters -that the walls sit in-were all bent. because the front door was resting in the box on top of the packaged hardware we found scratches all over it-not a great finish. To top things off it is not waterproof as there are no flashing and run off that makes its way through the giant gaps at the top and bottom of the door (see photos) While this shed looks cute-it’s probably only suited for covered areas. And let’s face it - we are just buying it because it’s cute right?

Excellent

I spent a couple of years deciding which way to go for a shed but kept coming back to the resin shed. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow. Only issue if you need to re-screw you can't as the screw will fall out. Luckily our mistake was on a small piece and we were able to use the surrounding areas to give extra support. I like how you do not need a floor as comes with the kit. I placed mine 6 600x600 concrete slabs.

Tidy little shed

No dramas putting it together, some of the roof fitting was a bit off and I don't know yet how water proof it will be. My use was as a secondary outdoor storage unit and it's fine for what I want. I would probably encourage a metal shed with wooden frames if you want something stronger that could takes knocks and rougher treatment.

Keter Shed

Such a great little shed, im using as a temporary ablution block. It must be constructed on an absolutely flat platform, you've been warned. The gables were particularly hard to connect into the wall cavity, needed help as it needed some force. Still, it's a winner and would recommend.

Easy to put together

Happy with the shed so far, went together pretty easily, will see how it stands up to the test of time. Allowed us to provide our tenants with a shed without the headache of building one ourselves or doing a nightmare metal shed kitset, so we are pleased.

perfect for narrow area

Well manufactured shed. Works perfectly in our situation on narrow passage next to our house
