Product overview

Join the arch building revolution with our new range of econospan style, steel arch buildings.

Thanks to their beamless and trussless design, our kit-set arch buildings offer maximum space at a great price when compared to traditional garages or carports. Stack your gear right up to the roof, or get clearance on really tall vehicles, it’s all easy in an arch building.

Designed to the highest standards of quality, the modular construction means assembly is simple and fast. All you need is to have a simple floating foundation prepared then, thanks to straightforward instructions and included ground brackets, the whole structure goes up in no time.

If you feel like you need a bigger one, there is good news; it’s easily extendable. Just order one of our extensions kits, or if you want to add extra strength and security to your building you can also order a front/back wall kit.

The 0.6mm steel panels feature deep corrugations for optimal rigidity and minimise flat on flat joints, for the best possible weatherproofing and corrosion resistance.

Tested for New Zealand Conditions Our arch buildings come with a NZ Certified Engineering Report to assist you in the consenting process with your local council.

Here is a summary of the engineering report:

“It was determined from this assessment that both the 6m and 9m arches would be structurally capable of withstanding standard wind <43m/sec (deemed max of any “Sheltered High wind zone” only, any area in other than these acceptable zones for wind such as ‘High’ to ‘Very High’ need to be assessed further by site specific investigation by the regional CPEng engineer on site), ground snow loaded shall be limited to 1.1Kpa snow loading at the appropriate height restrictions along with any nominal earthquake load events, to be applied within any nominated region throughout New Zealand.”

Backed by a 12 Year Warranty, our steel arch buildings are a great investment. Order yours today.

Q:
Where does rain runoff go?
A:
The ideal option would be to include a drain in your concrete pad design.

Q:
Is there a way to fully enclose the structure - ideally another end with a door?
A:
We also sell end walls that go with these, they do not come with doors however I am sure with some Kiwi ingenuity one could be added.

No, I do not recommend this product.
Calf shelter

Delivered quickly and packaged very well. Built for use as a calf shelter on our dairy farm. Simple to assemble but instructions could be better. Very happy with the result and value for money.

Looks good

We have just completed assembly and it looks great. Our job was made more difficult by virtue of the structure was put over an existing orchard pump and irrigation system. The instructions were a bit limited and impractical for us. We used an extended boom and cage that we could lift the pre assembled portions (three portions per section) 15 sections in total. It took three people and Once you know what you were doing it could have been done in 6 days. It took us a lot longer. A rattle gun is essential as there are a huge numbers of nuts and bolts.
