We don't have a specific rating, but its generally more about how well they are fixed to the wall - if you can fit it inside the max handle diameter we're confident it will be fine.

From the photos it appears one would have to push the handle into the space between the blue parts and then lift upwards so the grippers rotate and make room for the handle to be pushed home and the grippers will lock on the handle through gravity. Is that how it works?

Is there any issue with screwing this to the inside of a keter shed? Ie, will it affect weather tightness?
A:
Not if you do it correctly, drill and bolt it then put a bit of silicon round the holes (or use some sort of generic rubber washers). You could potentially wack it straight on with the right length screws if you have one of the Keter DuoTech models.

What is the minimium size opening of the jaws? Will it lock a fishing rod in place?

The minimum size is pretty small, you can see in the photo the jaws are almost touching, so yes this should be fine.

Yes you would just need to buy some masonry fasteners.

The rack is good for lighter items like a hoe and indoor broom but didn't cope with heavier items such as the yard broom. Would initially hold the yard broom in place and then would slide through the grip.
