Yes you could, we would recommend anchoring it to the wall for safety.

How would these shelves fare outdoors (secured) for plants?
A:
The shelves are UV stabilised so should be fine outside, however we would recommend putting them in a sheltered location rather than in direct sunlight to increase the lifespan, check out some of the other customer images and reviews.

Fantastic product

Bought a set of these shelves. Thrilled with them, threw out the old metal shelves and these look better in the garage and are easily moveable around as light weight. But hold all the items I had on the other metal set. Will get another set for the other garge.
